Castelli Cottage - Pricelist 
Castelli Olive Press - Pricelist
1. The above rates apply regardless of the number of guests.
The minimum stay is 4 days.
Castelli Cottage can accommodate up to 10 persons.
Castelli Olive Press can accommodate up to 3 persons.
2. Prices include: house cleaning (twice a week)
changing of bed sheets (twice a week)
bath towels
3. Booking Policy: upon conclusion of the accommodation agreement, a deposit of 25% of the total price is required.
The remaining amount must be settled 7 days before the date of arrival.
Payments shall be made via bank transfer after prior contact with us.
4. Cancellation Policy:
- Cancellation more than 30 days prior to the date of arrival, NO CHARGE.
- Cancellation 30 to 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 25% charge.
- Cancellation less than 7 days prior to the date of arrival will incur a 50% charge.
